Quality Vendors

Our extensive vendor management program enables us to pre-qualify our suppliers, which guarantees our customers that we only source product from reputable suppliers worldwide. We maintain an Approved Vendor List, continually rating vendors based on the quality of their products and their adherence to ARCO's quality requirements.

Product Quality Inspection

All incoming product undergoes a stringent quality inspection process. After the initial visual inspection, non-conforming product is quarantined for further evaluation and testing.

Quality Handling and Storage

Our warehouse is ISO9001:2008 and ANSI/ESD S20.20-2007 certified, climate and humidity controlled. Products are handled, stored and shipped in compliance to JEDEC Standard 033B.1.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to deliver quality products that exceed each customer's specific quality requirements. Our internal processes go beyond ISO9001:2008 requirements.

Certificate of Conformance

Validates the conformance of the product to the manufacturers' specifications for form, fit and function and is supported by our supplier's Certificate of Conformance.

Product Warranty

We provide a one year warranty for form, fit and function on all products unless otherwise specified.

Counterfeit Product Detection Program

In the event that we must procure from the open market to satisfy our customers request, we have partnered with a local Certified test house. AS9100:2001/ISO9001:2000 Registered DSCC-VQC Laboratory Suitability Certified.

Traceability

All products are traceable to the original manufacturer unless otherwise specified.
