Inside Sales Europe

POSITION TITLE: Inside Sales to the European Market - Uncapped Commissions
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify key OEM/CEM target customers and work closely with them to articulate the benefits and advantages of company services.
  • Prospect, develop relationships, establish business and generate ongoing sales opportunities with new and existing accounts, quote, negotiate and close sales.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven success in cold calling.
  • Strong business development and prospecting skills.
  • Proven success in B2B outbound sales in the electronic component industry, preferably in a distribution environment.
  • Good judgment of the right business opportunity in high volume business-to-business or trading services.
  • Bi-lingual skills in native language of target market (French, German, Spanish, or Italian, etc.) and English.
